SHIPPING POLICY

 

Orders typically take 1-3 days to process before they ship, excluding weekends and holidays.
*Actual delivery times are subject to change. The delivery time displayed in the shopping cart at the time of your order will reflect your shipping changes.
Orders are processed once credit card authorization and verification have been obtained. Domestic orders shipped delivery typically arrive in seven (7) to nine (9) business days (Monday through Friday, not including holidays). Please allow up to fourteen (14) business days for shipments to remote locations.
 
IMPORTANT NOTE: 
1. Longer estimated delivery times for remote/rural address, Northwest Territory & Nunavut. 
2. For the remote locations that are difficult to serve, or some items that cannot be shipped to remote locations, we have the right to cancel the order without notice.
3. Shipping and billing addresses must be valid Canadian addresses. For orders that contain multiple items, you may receive each item separately or on different delivery dates. 
4.
Bath100 provides Curbside Delivery ONLY, All items must be received on driveway or in garage for a house, the front or lobby for a condominium or apartment. 
 
RESTRICTIONS:
1. There are no deliveries on weekends for Canada Post or Purolator Carriers.
2.  We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes.


Tracking My Shipment:
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email to track your order. You can email our customer service mississauga@vinpow.ca obtain your tracking number.

Bath100 provides FREE SHIPPING service to all orders in Canada. No shipping outside Canada.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Return and Restocking Fee

Items sold by Bath100, can be returned within 15 days of receipt of shipment. All returned items must be shipped in an undamaged reselling condition*. Order must be shipped in the original packaging with invoice or receipt, within 15 days, and crating materials for the return to be accepted. Some sellers may charge restocking fee if the package(s) are open and not in reselling condition. 

Return Shipping Fee

Bath100 is not responsible for the return shipping fee except for the following conditions: 

• If you receive any defective item(s), and you contact us to send us a picture of the defective part within 72 hours of receipt of shipment. 

• If your return is a result of our store’s error, for example, you receive a wrong item, and you contact us to send us a picture of the wrong item for a return within 72 hours of receipt of shipment.

 

Bath100 doesn't accept returns if:

1. Any return(s) are issued after 15 days of receipt of shipment.

2. The product(s) are not in reselling condition*.

 

How to Return a Product?

Please go to My Account---My Orders---View Order Information—Request a Return. 

The seller will contact you by phone or email to ship the order back.

 

* Reselling condition

Reselling condition means that products must be in a condition enabling us to sell them as new. The returned or exchanged product must be unused, clean, and not assembled, undamaged, unaltered and in their original packaging with the tags still attached.
